Some minor cleanup, then Bob Watch goes live.
It's been a while since I've dipped into the "CEE-ESS-ESS" as we like to call it, but overall it will have a much nicer look, with aditional links and alternatives to what you may been getting. Overall, I've removed 90% of the gradient backgrounds so all you Mozilla geeks ;) can browse the site and actually be able to read it.
